Bent Ridge - Pyrophyllite

Bent Ridge - Pyrophyllite gold – copper – nickel – lead (- uranium) project was initially identified by an airborne spectral scanning technique by Stockdale Prospecting. Follow – up confirmed the presence of pyrophyllite alteration that is typically associated with hydrothermal gold – copper mineralisation. The alteration zone coincides with a NNE – SSW trending splay off the Halls Creek Fault an extends over a strike length of at least 10 km.

The gossans are associated with strong fuchsite (chromium mica) – carbonate alteration and contains values up to 1.38 g/t Au, 930 ppm As, 900 ppm Ni and 1270 ppm Pb based on very limited sampling (ie 5 samples). The siliceous gossans are associated with a MAGSTREAM gold – nickel – antimony anomaly that extends over 2500 m. The area has never been drilled and has received minimal exploration in the past. The rock chip samples also contain elevated U (up to 16.7 ppm) values.
